Day of Event Coordination
*Event Setup Oversight:
Ensuring décor, signage, place settings, and layout match the agreed-upon design. Assisting with small décor setup if needed.
*On-Site Coordination:
Arriving on event day to supervise vendor load-in, manage the timeline, cue transitions (ceremony, speeches, dances, etc.), and troubleshoot issues discreetly.
*Guest & Wedding Party Assistance (if applicable for event type):
Guiding family and wedding party through key moments and ensuring they know where to be.
*Vendor Management & Gratuity Payments:
Handling any final vendor questions and distributing any additional gratuities if provided.
*Event Wrap-Up:
Coordinating breakdown, ensuring rental items are secured for pickup, and collecting personal items for client pickup.
Month-of / 6–8 Week Coordination
* Final Timeline Review & Creation:
Confirming or finalizing the event timeline and distributing it to all vendors.
*Vendor Communication:
Touching base with all vendors 1–2 weeks before the event to confirm arrival times, setup details, and expectations.
*Floorplan Creation and Management:
Collaborating with your venue and vendors to design and manage your event floorplan to ensure a seamless flow and unforgettable guest experience.
*Rehearsal Management (if included):
Overseeing ceremony rehearsal to ensure all participants understand their roles and timing.

*Creation or refinement of event timeline and floorplan/layout
*Scheduled check-ins to track progress and provide expert recommendations
*Ongoing communication for questions, advice, and strategy
*Coordination with vendors leading up to the event
*Rehearsal Management (if needed for event type):
Overseeing ceremony rehearsal to ensure all participants understand their roles and timing.
